I grew my sausage to 30 cm! That's where the demo technically ends since you can't unlock anymore major upgrades. You could let the game idle and continue to grow the sausage, but at some point the growth rate will slow down relative to the available upgrades.

Setup: Mouse with autohotkey script to toggle fast clicking.

Steam Game Time: 2 hours

First Impressions:
Generally this game moved at a decent pace. I wish the game could be idle during other games. It'd be fun to exclusively level up through the clicks and button presses of another game.
