Alpha Wave (Android) (2011)

Alpha Wave is a simple, but fun shooter. Its restricted movement reminds me of older games like Centipede and Space Invaders. Upon first seeing the game, I was also reminded of Missile Command (I miss that game).

Anyways, the game allows three types of shots which you can choose through pickups. Simple to learn, you will quickly prioritize certain enemies and save your super attack for those crucial moments. 10:51PM PT
