I got a key through Twitch drops and gave the game a try.
First Impressions:
Movement throughout the overworld felt slow until getting the mount. It was still slow after unlocking a mount, but not as bad. On a different note, a cost for using a portal seems silly. While potentially more realistic as a resource, it feels less fun from a game perspective (kind of like games that implement stamina).
