20250214: I played some of this game today. Like the last time I played, I enjoy playing the second stage with the tactic of AOE protection. Today's run included crosses which are strong early game but lack consistency in the late game. In any case, I realized the game fills out on six skills and six supports. This realization was made easier from my experience with Swarm, a temporary League of Legends game mode. I knew the mode was based on the genre, but today I realized it follows the Vampire Survivor formula much closer. Progressing through Swarm was much faster though, especially where getting skills and supports were concerned. Maxing out also happened more quickly.

The other day I was trying to find the item that upgrades the Cross and after many attempts I gave up and looked up the answer. It turns out the item that's needed doesn't drop in the level I was farming (Library).
